British Swim School of Doubletree - Fort Lee

We are having a positive experience thus far. The staff is always helpful and tries to accommodate situations as best as they can. My daughter Emma has really taken to instructor Natalie but everyone else both instructors and staff are equally helpful and nice to be around. Thank you Drake, Jenisha, Seba, Megan, and Priscilla for always putting a smile on my daughters face and Natalie for getting my daughter over her real fear of jumping into the water.

I love coming to the classes! It’s super helpful for our daughter to get started early on in swimming. With the instructor Natalie she’s been really enjoying herself. Priscilla has also been a huge help whenever we have questions. Highly recommend!

We recently joined British swim school and so far very happy with everything! Coaches Don and Natalie are awesome! They give personal attention to each kid and very patient! Jenisha - manager very helpful and always there for any help! All the staff ( including Seba and Megan) is great! Clean and very organized facility! Totally recommend!

Dirty pool and cold water!! It’s becoming too repetitive. Clean the pools!! A young but capable group of instructors work out of this location. But the gripe here is allowing your child to enter such a dirty pool that leaves them shivering with cold. Totally Unacceptable. Last week I told one of the instructors, she acknowledged the clumps of dirt but just stayed at her desk and didn’t remove it. Next time I will be taking pictures and posting the dirt in the pool for folks to see. Please fix the situation.

British swim school has been incredible! We tried a different swim school for 2 months before coming here. She didn’t learn anything at all. Within 2 weeks of coming to British swim school she could already float on her back and has been quickly learning new swim skills and has a ton of confidence in the water. Dom is an amazing instructor and is so encouraging! The rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful! My daughter is always so excited to come here!
